MoverOS Privacy Policy

MoverOS ("MoverOS," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Moving Mastery LLC. MoverOS helps moving-company owners see their business numbers, benchmark them, and grow through our software, coaching, and community. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing and sales pages at moveros.com; the MoverOS application at app.moveros.com; the MoverOS coaching program; and the MoverOS community at community.moveros.com. By using any of these you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Information we collect

We collect different information depending on how you interact with us.

a. When you visit our sites or fill out a form (moveros.com). Name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything else you submit through a form, checkout, or survey. We and our providers also collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see §7).

b. When you use the MoverOS application (app.moveros.com):

  • Account details: your name and email (for magic-link and password sign-in), and optional two-factor authentication settings.
  • Business numbers you enter or upload: monthly profit-and-loss figures, revenue, expenses, and related operating data, including files you upload (CSV, PDF, or images of your P&L).
  • Information from services you connect, only with your permission and only read-only:
    • Moving CRM (e.g. SmartMoving): lead, job, and revenue records used to calculate your sales and operations metrics. We do not need or use your customers’ personal identities to produce your numbers and reduce such details at import where we can.
    • Google Analytics (read-only): website traffic and lead-source metrics from the GA4 property you select.
    • Google Ads (read-only): ad spend and campaign performance from the Ads account you select.
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads (read-only): ad spend and campaign performance from the ad account you select.

We access a connected service only after you explicitly authorize it, only with read-only permission. We never post, create or edit campaigns, send messages, or make any changes on your connected accounts.

c. When you join the coaching program: your program enrollment, the business information above, and communications between you and your coach through the platform.

d. When you use the community (community.moveros.com): your community profile (name, photo, bio), and the posts, comments, replies, and other content you choose to share. The community runs on Circle, which processes this content as our service provider under its own terms.

e. Automatically: basic technical and security logs (sign-in events, error logs, IP address, browser type) needed to operate and protect the services.

2. How we use information

We use information to: provide and operate the software, coaching, and community; calculate and display your business metrics, benchmarks, and profit leaks; let you and, where applicable, your coach review and act on your results (see §5); process purchases and manage your account and subscription; send you service messages and, where permitted, marketing (see §6); secure, debug, and improve the services; and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not use the business data or connected-account data you bring into the app for advertising. We do not use it to train generative-AI models.

When we generate written summaries of your numbers, we may send the relevant figures to an AI language-model provider solely to produce that summary for you. The provider is contractually barred from using your data for its own purposes. This is only for your own reporting.

3. Google user data — Limited Use

MoverOS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained from Google Analytics and Google Ads through your authorization is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy; is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; is not used or transferred for advertising or any personalized advertising; and is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google data except with your consent for a specific support request, where required for security or to comply with the law, or on data that has been aggregated and anonymized.

4. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data

Data obtained from the Meta Marketing API through your authorization is used only to display your advertising spend and performance inside MoverOS. It is not sold, not used for our own advertising, and not transferred to third parties except service providers who help us operate MoverOS under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

5. Coaches and cohort views

If you participate in a MoverOS coaching program, your coach can see your company’s scoreboard and benchmark position so they can advise you. Coaches see the companies in their own program only. Your raw connected-account credentials are never shared with your coach. Anonymized, aggregated benchmark ranges may be shown across companies without identifying any individual business. Real individual company numbers are never shown to other members.

6. Marketing communications

With your consent where required, we may send you emails and text messages about MoverOS products, coaching, events, and offers. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of email any time via the unsubscribe link, and of SMS by replying STOP. We will still send you essential service messages about your account.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our marketing and sales pages at moveros.com use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel and Google tags), to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. These marketing technologies operate on our public pages and are separate from, and never combined with, the Google Analytics or Google Ads account data you connect inside the app under §3. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

8. How we share information

We share information only with: service providers who operate MoverOS on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including our website/CRM platform (HighLevel), community platform (Circle), application hosting and database (Supabase and Vercel), email delivery, and the AI provider described in §2 (they may use the data only to provide their service to us); your coach, as described in §5; legal and safety (when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public); and business transfers (as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy). We do not sell your personal information.

9. How we store and protect information

Connection credentials (OAuth tokens and API keys) are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to you or logged in plain text. Access to your business data is restricted by per-company access controls so one company cannot see another’s data. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the services. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it except where we must retain limited records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

11. Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect a connected service any time from the Connect page in the app. You can also revoke MoverOS’s access directly in your Google account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or your Meta account settings.
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them and we will honor applicable law.
  • Opt out of marketing as described in §6.

12. Children

MoverOS is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Third-party services

The community runs on Circle and our marketing pages run on HighLevel. Your connected accounts (Google, Meta, your CRM) are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. This policy covers only MoverOS’s own handling of your information.

14. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, consistent with our Terms of Use.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
